What is STEAM?
STEAM Education is an approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.
SPIKE™ Essentials
SPIKE ESSENTIALS Programs are for our younger brick enthusiasts (ages 6-9). Participants in this program will learn how to work in a team to solve instructor led activities using LEGO® Spike Essentials and Software. Participants will build models and bring them to life while learning teamwork and communication skills. This program is five consecutive days (Monday through Friday) for 90 minutes each day. SPIKE™ Prime
Ages 10-12
Our LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime lesson plans are designed to help students develop the abstract and critical thinking skills they need to solve complex problems. The standards-aligned STEAM lessons provide a variety of learning experiences that relate directly back to students’ real-life questions and observations, building their confidence and preparing them for life beyond school.
This program is a five-day program (Monday through Friday) for 90 Minutes each day.
